Balance Transfer

Applications for the balance transfer interest rate will be 3.49% fixed for the first 12 months after they become Standard Chartered Base Lending Rate (SCBLR) + prescribed rate.

Operating expenses Nil apply for balance transfer applications.

A tax pre-payment / repayment of 1% calculated on the amount to be prepaid or AED 10,000 / - whichever is the lower-are imposed for any refunds / refunds within 5 years from the date of the first disbursement. After 5 years, the Bank does not charge any settlement. For balance transfers to other lenders a redemption fee of 1% of the loan or AED 10,000 / - whichever is lower, the fee.



New Home Loan

The interest rate will be 3.99% fixed for the first 12 months after you become Standard Chartered Base Lending Rate (SCBLR) + a prescribed rate.

Applies a tax of 0.5% of the loan amount.
